This hotel was actually okay! The young lady that checked me in was very kind and professional. The room was small, but clean. I was only there because I had a 12 hour layover. I ordered Chinese Food (They Delivered), I took a hot shower, and slept pretty good! This hotel has airport shuttle service. The driver was very nice!
The hotel was amazing, the staff was so friendly and caring. The breakfast is amazing! The only downfall is the sausage and more filling breakfast has been changed from turkey to pork and we do not eat pork. It really bothered us as we could only eat the eggs and toast of some sort.. Please make the sausage back to turkey! Also the cleanliness was alright, it could be a little more clean.. Free parking is amazing! You always have a spot The hotel is a safe environment with a welcoming feel. As for late night meals the options are not the greatest... Overall My family and I really enjoyed our stay here! Please get rid of the pork meals!! We will be coming back to Best Western JFK soon!
This was a last minute family trip to a concert in New York when we discovered this hidden gem. The hotels in city were all booked or were too much overpriced. We discovered this reasonably priced hotel and a great location with 15 min drive into the New York City. The staff was courteous and helpful. Parking is free. The rooms were very clean new bathrooms with Toto fixtures. The breakfast in the morning was included in the stay. It was not an elaborate affair but reasonable and good healthy choices. I would definitely recommend this place.
10 minute shuttle from JFK Airport to the hotel was an added touch of convenience. The check in process was quick and hassle free. The room is relatively spacious and is clean. The bed is large and comfortable and allows for a good night's rest. Breakfast is adequate and the dining area is clean; the dining room attendant tops up any food that is running low promptly. The service here is excellent and I will choose to stay here again.
We stayed one night at the Best Western JFK. There was plenty of parking (a provided pass was supplied) and someone was at the register, waiting to help us upon arrival. Check-in was painless and the room was small, but comfortable and clean. It contained a king size bed and a jacuzzi tub. Luckily, the hotel wasn't too busy because we could hear practically everything in the hallways with the door closed. My only complaints are that the door required a sufficient "push" in order to close it and the pillows gave us both a neck ache the next morning. Other than that, a very nice hotel.
This was a great hotel for an over night stay between flights. The front desk person was very friendly and helpful. The lady that took care of the breakfast was fantastic. We took a shuttle to and from here and it was on time and drivers were all really nice. Thank you for a great stay.
We had an unpleasant experience upon arrival as pickup of courtesy bus was not as described by front desk and bus was instead parked with driver probably asleep and seemingly in a bad mood. Front desk clerk said he could do nothing about that. The hotel lobby was clean and basic. The room was small but very clean and everything necessary was provided. Very comfortable bed and bedding. Bathroom very clean. Breakfast very basic. Desk clerk at departure very professional and helpful.
I spent 12 nights in this hotel in October this year together with my mom and we have had great service there. Not only the check inn also the check out was very fast without any problems. Our room was neat and clean, only the TV had not so many channels but we came for the city anyways. Breakfast was every day the same but it had anything you need. Eggs, meat, waffles, bagels etc. And our breakfast attendant was so warm and welcoming every morning. She had our waffles ready when I came with my mom. Everybody at this hotel was very nice to us, even the manager came every second day to our breakfast table to check if everything was alright. But Feroza, our breakfast attendant made our stay very special and unique. It almost felt like a 5 star hotel. Thank you so much! Nice greets from Germany
